  • All bookings must be made through our official booking platform or by direct contact with A Dose of Sof.

  • A non-refundable deposit may be required to secure your appointment.

  • Please arrive on time. Late arrivals may result in shortened service time or cancellation.

 

2. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • We require at least 1 days notice for cancellations or rescheduling.

  • Cancellations made after this period may result in the loss of your deposit or a cancellation fee.

  • No-shows will be charged the full service amount.

 

3. Payments

  • Payment is due at the time of service.

  • We accept e-transfer, debit, credit and cash.

  • All prices are subject to change without notice.

 

4. Services & Results

  • Results may vary based on individual circumstances.

  • A Dose of Sof is not responsible for outcomes affected by aftercare neglect, allergies, or reactions beyond our control.

  • It is your responsibility to inform us of any allergies, sensitivities, or medical conditions before your appointment.

 

5. Health & Safety

  • If you are feeling unwell, please reschedule your appointment for the safety of staff and other clients.

  • We reserve the right to refuse service if we believe it may pose a health risk.

 

6. Liability

  • A Dose of Sof is not liable for any injury, loss, or damage resulting from services provided, except where required by law.

  • You acknowledge that you have been informed of any risks related to the service.
